Ubisoft is making some big changes to its game subscription service Ubisoft+. The Ubisoft+ Multi-Access and PC Access are now Ubisoft+ Premium, and a cheaper Ubisoft+ Classics on PC is available.

Ubisoft will take over the cloud gaming rights to current and future Activision Blizzard games for 15 years, but the company believes that physical game disk sales will never completely go away.

A Ubisoft spokesperson says it will send owners of suspended accounts three emails over 30 days before it will deactivate an account, but it won't delete them if they have purchased games.

The free trial will let Xbox and PC gamers play over 60 Ubisoft games, including recent titles like Far Cry 6 and Assassin's Creed Valhalla. You can cancel the free trial at any point before it ends.

Ubisoft has confirmed it could lay off as many as 60 members of the game publisher's Customer Relations Center team, which are based in Cary, North Carolina, and Newcastle in the UK.

Another games subscription has reached Xbox consoles, with Ubisoft+ Multi Access now available. The membership has access to over 60 games published by Ubisoft, their DLC, and other benefits.

Sony and Ubisoft have partnered to bring the Ubisoft+ subscription to PlayStation consoles soon. Almost 30 Ubisoft games are joining PlayStation Plus at no extra cost in the meantime too.

Ubisoft has revealed that it has plans to bring over its Ubisoft+ gaming subscription to Xbox consoles. The service boasts access to over 100 classic and brand-new Ubisoft releases for $14.99 a month.

The Ubisoft game subscription service, Uplay+, is being rebranded to become Ubisoft+. The service is now also heading to game streaming services like Google Stadia and Amazon Luna.
