  1. Another year is starting, and with it comes a new thread. As before, forum rules apply, and there should be no nudity. There was a change in the rules in 2016 whereby we will now allow profanity in posts. But as always, please don't abuse this leniency and ruin the fun for everyone else. Guideline: Members are able to post 3 separate posts in a row before we ask that they stop. Let someone else contribute. Of course, if enough time has passed (let's say 30 minutes after their previous consecutive post) then they can post again. This is supposed to be a fun thread, not a competition for the highest post count. Let's go!
  2. I share no affiliation of either party, but wanted to make it possible for certain members to post these images in a separate thread. Political debate (read: arguments) in this thread is not allowed, save it for the Real World Issues, or Domestic Politics forum. You know what to do.. Paging @Gary7
  3. Reddit allows users to upload NSFW images directly from desktop by Aditya Tiwari Social news aggregation platform Reddit announced that it will now allow users to upload NSFW images to adult subreddits via desktop. According to the company, it's expanding on the functionality that's already available on its mobile apps. The development comes a couple of weeks after the popular image-hosting website Imgur announced that it will purge all NSFW content from its platform. Its new terms of service will come into effect on May 15, after which Imgur will delete all explicit content as well as orphan content that's not tied to a user account. "Starting today, Redditors will be able to upload images directly from desktop in 18+ communities, if you allow posts under the “post and comment settings” in mod tools. This now gives us feature parity with our mobile apps, which (as you know) already has this functionality," Reddit said on the r/modnews subreddit. However, Reddit cautions that all uploaded content should adhere to its rules around consent, protection of minors, and copyright protection. The company previously announced that it will limit mature content via its API in an effort to provide guardrails to how "explicit content and communities on Reddit are discovered and viewed." The move is likely to impact the experience on third-party Reddit apps, but according to a Reddit staffer, discussions are still going on regarding the matter. Speaking of other changes, Reddit is working on a Discord-like feature called Chat Channels for subreddits. The feature is currently under testing and it's designed to offer a dedicated space for conversations inside subreddits which is not tied to a particular post. Via TechCrunch
  4. Imgur to ban all explicit NSFW content starting May 15 by Aditya Tiwari Popular image hosting website Imgur has announced that it will start shredding explicit content from its platform, starting May 15, in line with the company's updated terms of service. The company says in a blog post that "explicit and illegal content have historically posed a risk to Imgur's community and its business." It will deploy human moderators alongside automated systems while narrowing down on explicit and illegal content. Our new Terms of Service will go into effect on May 15, 2023. We will be focused on removing old, unused, and inactive content that is not tied to a user account from our platform as well as nudity, pornography, & sexually explicit content. You will need to download/save any images that you wish to save if they no longer adhere to these Terms. Most notably, this would include explicit/pornographic content. Imgur's latest crackdown is part of a bigger effort that has been going on for several years now. The company has previously revoked access to NSFW Reddit communities and related subreddits. However, users have leveraged Imgur as a platform to upload content and share it on Reddit. The company has previously allowed explicit content on its platform, except when posted as a comment or gallery submission. Imgur said that it will still allow "artistic nudity" on the platform which was already permitted under previous rules. However, its automated content vetting system might flag some "content that may have been permitted under "artistic exceptions" previously." Imgur adds it won't issue any warnings, account suspensions, or bans related to these automated flags and affected users can raise a support request to get their issue rectified. In addition to explicit content, Imgur also plans to remove old, unused, and inactive content that is not tied to a user account. This has received criticism from users who argue that it may lead to broken links on the internet and some useful content might get removed as collateral damage. Via TechCrunch
  5. Send nudes, now on Tumblr, as long as it isn't porn by Steve Bennett In a reversal of policies that were originally introduced in 2018, Tumblr has now updated its Community Guidelines once again, this time with a slight modification to the section on Sexually Explicit Material. Previously, any and all nudity and sexual content was barred from being posted on the platform, with the content being censored out if any attempts were made to post the material. However, now the wording goes as follows: Nudity and other kinds of adult material are generally welcome. We’re not here to judge your art, we just ask that you add a Community Label to your mature content so that people can choose to filter it out of their Dashboard if they prefer. You have the option to add a community label when making a new post, reblogging a post, or editing an existing post. Depending on your content, you can label it as generally mature or choose a specific category such as “Sexual Themes” if your post contains sexually suggestive subject matter. Tumblr also goes on to talk about monetization and how the content will interact with this: Blogs which have a focus on mature content may not be eligible for certain Tumblr features, including monetization options. We need to consider the policies of our partners in the payments space, so the rules there are a bit different. Of course, content is moderated automatically on Tumblr, and there may be posts that now comply with these rules but may still be flagged and censored. Users who have fallen foul of the censorship will have to follow the appeals process as detailed on the support page, which also provides guidance on what types of posts would fall foul of the new rules, primarily, posting links to adult sites still remains prohibited.
  6. Adult content found on the UK's Department for Transport (DfT) website before being deleted by Sayan Sen Image via BleepingComputer The UK's Department for Transport's (DfT) official website (dft.gov.uk) was found to be streaming not safe for work (NSFW) pornographic content yesterday. While not the entire site itself, an abandoned Charts section (URL: charts.dft.gov.uk) of the website was serving this kind of adult content. Moreover, when this issue was still ongoing, The Crow also noticed that visiting the DfT site (dft.gov.uk) would present a password protected WordPress login page for EU hauliers. BleepingComputer captured a screenshot of this: Most probably it seems the site's security was breached somehow and some roguish entity had taken control of it since it seems pretty unlikely that someone at the UK DfT would do this on purpose. A DfT spokesperson offered the following statement to BleepingComputer: A disused, dormant page of the Department for Transport’s Gov.uk website has been used No information or data has been lost or compromised. The website address has since been permanently deleted. After officials took notice of the issue, the problem was fixed and trying to access the Charts section of the DfT's website will redirect you back to the homepage. 7. A Florida man accused of murdering his girlfriend wants to enter his penis into evidence in an oral sex death trial. Richard Henry Patterson, 65, has admitted he choked his girlfriend, Francisca Marquinez, 60, to death on Oct. 28, 2015, but claims it happened accidentally during oral sex, The Sun Sentinel reported. He’s now seeking a judge’s permission to show the jury his penis — to prove her death was a mistake. Patterson’s attorney, Ken Padowitz, said his client’s member figures prominently in his “rough sex” defense, which hinges on the argument that Marquinez died accidentally, while engaging in consensual sexual activity. Padowitz has enlisted expert witness and former Broward County Medical Examiner Dr. Ronald Wright to testify that Marquinez’s death “is consistent with being accidentally sexually asphyxiated during oral sex,” the motion said. He insists that a viewing of Patterson’s penis is integral to the jury understanding Wright’s argument. “Although the object to be viewed is not a place but a part of the human anatomy, it is material and relevant, the view by the jury is essential for them to fully understand the Dr. Wright’s testimony and the defense in this case.” Brooklyn defense lawyer Joyce David, who has used a variation of the rough sex defense in court, isn’t convinced that Patterson needs to disrobe in front of a jury. “Really, couldn’t they just make a mold or something?” she told The Sun Sentinel. Padowitz has requested the the disrobing take place outside of public view, with only the jury, judge, defendant, prosecuting attorney and defense counsel present, according to the motion filed May 1. “My client is innocent and we are confident when the jury hears the evidence and the scientific evidence in this case, they are going to come back with a verdict of not guilty,” Padowitz told the Daily News. Marquinez’s son, Omar Andrade, 41, is calling it a “desperate” line of defense. “It’s totally false. He’s a desperate man trying to avoid being convicted for the crime,” he told the Daily News. “He’s trying to do anything to not go to jail.” Andrade described his mother as “loving” and “a great person overall.” “She had no problems in her personal life or anything else to warrant anything like what happened to her,” he said. Patterson is charged with second-degree murder. Jury selection will begin Monday. Source
  8. WhatsApp devs Troll Apple with a hidden ‘F#*( you’ in source code Link to Picture - http://i68.tinypic.com/2v97t3l.jpg WhatsApp has a gang of badass developers – but it seems not all of them are particularly crazy about Apple. Messing around with the WhatsApp APK, Redditor xMarioZ came across an eloquent snippet of code that reads, “###### APPLE.” The saucy piece of code appears on numerous occasions throughout the APK installation file for Android and was most likely left by WhatsApp’s dev team for their colleagues over at Apple. While it’s unclear whether the message is merely playful banter or something more serious, Redditors speculate it might have something to do with Apple’s ridiculously strict App Store regulations. All speculations aside, I absolutely don’t mind the coders’ inventive humour (or possibly rage) – it certainly got a laugh from me. Let’s just hope there’s no bad blood between the two companies. It’s actually odd that WhatsApp’s quality assurance team didn’t flag the cheeky message; but whether they missed it or simply let it fly, I’m sort of glad it’s there – for fun’s sake. 9. Buyer claims new OnePlus 3 handset came pre-loaded with porn by Vlad Dudau OnePlus is known for creating affordable, high-end devices that come without any Android bloatware and offer a clean and simple experience for users. But it looks like there’s another experience that customers may get out of their new OnePlus phones, as one Reddit user found his new OnePlus 3 to be filled with porn. According to a poster on Reddit, the user received his new OnePlus 3 handset only to find that it was pre-loaded with NSFW pictures and even a NSFW video. On top of that, other miscellaneous files, such as archives and some images of anime were also loaded onto the phone. Now you might think that OnePlus was offering the user a special edition of the device, but as the original poster explained, the NSFW content “wasn’t even HD”. Plus, the owner of the images and video, which the Reddit user also posted online, seems to be himself in the images. Now this isn’t the first time that new device came pre-loaded with peculiar content. At one point a number of iPhones famously shipped with images of the factory workers from China who were testing the devices while in production. And testing devices and their cameras is a normal part of the QA process. Though in this case someone seems to have taken things a bit too far. The (un)lucky buyer said he wants to hear from OnePlus on this matter, so we’ve contacted the company to see if they wished to comment. We’ll update this post if and when they do. Until then, giving your new devices a wipe right out of the box may not be such a bad idea. Source: Reddit Via: India Today
  10. NeoBytes :) Pornhub introduces the "BangFit," helps you bang to get fit by Justin Luna NeoBytes :) is an occasional feature that takes a step back from the big headlines, to take a look at what else is happening in the vast, scary expanse of the tech world - often with a cynical eye, always with a dose of humour. With the fast advancement of technology today, fitness trends have also risen, which brought in products like fitness watches and health bands. These contraptions aim to help us monitor our health more accurately, and help keep us fit. Adult video website Pornhub had this in mind, and has come up with the "BangFit," a gizmo that aims to introduce a new way of getting fit, while probably having the time of your life. The BangFit system provides users with "sexercise" videos they can follow along to, and monitor how many calories they are burning while doing the deed along the way. How does it work? A user can access the BangFit web application here, and then sync to be able to access the game on their phones. The game can be played by up to three players. The user (or users) can now choose their "sexercise," with the amount of calories you can burn being displayed on each act. Now this where the "BangFit" comes in. Players will have to strap in their phones into the BangFit belt to measure how they are doing while performing the "sexercises," and the system grants the player(s) points for their performance. Each game will last for at least 30 minutes. According to Pornhub, the BangFit band is still bound to be available soon, and the web app is still in beta. Pornhub is not new to these kinds of ideas. Back in February of 2015, they introduced the "Wankband," a smartwatch that collects energy when moved in an up and down motion. Further, the company even planned to take their business into greater heights by attempting to raise funds for a space porn project. Source: TechCrunch | Image and video via BangFit

I'll mark it as NSFW, just in case This was a joke shared to me on Facebook, so it is a repost A mother was walking down the hall when she heard a humming sound coming from her daughter's bedroom. When she opened the door, she found her daughter naked on the bed with a vibrator. "What are you doing?" She exclaimed. The Daughter replied. "I'm 35, and still living at home with my parents, and this is the closest I'll ever get to a husband!" Later that week, the father was in the kitchen, and heard a humming sound coming from the basement. When he went downstairs to investigate, he found his daughter, naked on the sofa with her vibrator. "What are you doing?" He exclaimed. The Daughter replied. "I'm 35, and still living at home with my parents, and this is the closest I'll ever get to a husband!" A couple of days later, the mother heard the humming sound again, this time in the living room. In there, she found her husband, watching the Super Bowl on the television, with the vibrator buzzing away beside him. "What are you doing?" She exclaimed. He replied... "Watching the game with my son-in-law."

  16. The Sexodus, Part 1: The Men Giving Up On Women And Checking Out Of Society by Milo Yiannopoulos 4 Dec 2014, 3:34 AM PDT "My generation of boys is f**ked," says Rupert, a young German video game enthusiast I've been getting to know over the past few months. "Marriage is dead. Divorce means you're screwed for life. Women have given up on monogamy, which makes them uninteresting to us for any serious relationship or raising a family. That's just the way it is. Even if we take the risk, chances are the kids won't be ours. In France, we even have to pay for the kids a wife has through adulterous affairs. "In school, boys are screwed over time and again. Schools are engineered for women. In the US, they force-feed boys Ritalin like Skittles to shut them up. And while girls are favoured to fulfil quotas, men are slipping into distant second place. "Nobody in my generation believes they're going to get a meaningful retirement. We have a third or a quarter of the wealth previous generations had, and everyone's fleeing to higher education to stave off unemployment and poverty because there are no jobs. "All that wouldn't be so bad if we could at least dull the pain with girls. But we're treated like paedophiles and potential rapists just for showing interest. My generation are the beautiful ones," he sighs, referring to a 1960s experiment on mice that supposedly predicted a grim future for the human race. After overpopulation ran out of control, the female mice in John Calhoun's "mouse universe" experiment stopped breeding, and the male mice withdrew from the company of others entirely, eating, sleeping, feeding and grooming themselves but doing little else. They had shiny coats, but empty lives. "The parallels are astounding," says Rupert. * Never before in history have relations between the sexes been so fraught with anxiety, animosity and misunderstanding. To radical feminists, who have been the driving force behind many tectonic societal shifts in recent decades, that's a sign of success: they want to tear down the institutions and power structures that underpin society, never mind the fall-out. Nihilistic destruction is part of their road map. But, for the rest of us, the sight of society breaking down, and ordinary men and women being driven into separate but equal misery, thanks to a small but highly organised group of agitators, is distressing. Particularly because, as increasing numbers of social observers are noticing, an entire generation of young people?mostly men?are being left behind in the wreckage of this social engineering project. Social commentators, journalists, academics, scientists and young men themselves have all spotted the trend: among men of about 15 to 30 years old, ever-increasing numbers are checking out of society altogether, giving up on women, sex and relationships and retreating into pornography, sexual fetishes, chemical addictions, video games and, in some cases, boorish lad culture, all of which insulate them from a hostile, debilitating social environment created, some argue, by the modern feminist movement. You can hardly blame them. Cruelly derided as man-children and crybabies for objecting to absurdly unfair conditions in college, bars, clubs and beyond, men are damned if they do and damned if they don't: ridiculed as basement-dwellers for avoiding aggressive, demanding women with unrealistic expectations, or called rapists and misogynists merely for expressing sexual interest. Jack Rivlin is editor-in-chief of student tabloid media start-up The Tab, a runaway success whose current strap-line reads: "We'll stop writing it when you stop reading it." As the guiding intelligence behind over 30 student newspapers, Rivlin is perhaps the best-placed person in the country to observe this trend in action. And he agrees that the current generation of young men find it particularly difficult to engage with women. "Teenage boys always have been useless with girls, but there's definitely a fear that now being well-intentioned isn't enough, and you can get into trouble just for being clumsy," he says. "For example, leaning in for a kiss might see you branded a creep, rather than just inept." The new rules men are expected to live by are never clearly explained, says Rivlin, leaving boys clueless and neurotic about interacting with girls. "That might sound like a good thing because it encourages men to take the unromantic but practical approach of asking women how they should behave, but it causes a lot of them to just opt out of the game and retreat to the sanctuary of their groups of lads, where being rude to women gets you approval, and you can pretty much entirely avoid one-on-one socialising with the opposite sex." "There are also a lot of blokes who ignore women because they are scared and don't know how to act. It goes without saying that boys who never spend any time alone with women are not very good at relationships." Rivlin has noticed the increased dependence on substances, normally alcohol, that boys are using to calm their nerves. "I've heard a lot of male students boast about never having experienced sober sex," he says. "They're obviously scared, which is natural, but they would be a lot less scared and dysfunctional if they understood 'the rules.'" The result? "A lot of nice but awkward young men are opting out of approaching women because there is no opportunity for them to make mistakes without suffering worse embarrassment than ever." Most troublingly, this effect is felt more acutely among poorer and less well educated communities, where the package of support resources available to young men is slight. At my alma mater, the University of Cambridge, the phenomenon barely registers on the radar, according to Union society president Tim Squirrell. "I don't think I've really noticed a change recently," he says. "This year has seen the introduction of mandatory consent workshops for freshers, which I believe is probably a good thing, and there's been a big effort by the Women's Campaign in particular to try and combat lad culture on campus. The atmosphere here is the same as it was a year ago - mostly nerdy guys who are too afraid to approach anyone in the first place, and then a smaller percentage who are confident enough to make a move. Obviously women have agency too, and they approach men in about the same numbers as they do elsewhere. There certainly haven't been any stories in [campus newspaper] The Tab about a sex drought on campus." "I think that people are probably having as much sex as ever," he adds. At Cambridge, of course, that may not mean much, and for a variety of socioeconomic and class-based reasons the tribes at Oxford and Cambridge are somewhat insulated from the male drop-out effect. But even at such a prestigious university with a largely middle- and upper-class population, those patronising, mandatory "consent" classes are still being implemented. Squirrell, who admits to being a feminist with left-of-centre politics, thinks they're a good idea. But academics such as Camille Paglia have been warning for years that "rape drives" on campus put women at greater risk, if anything. Women today are schooled in victimhood, taught to be aggressively vulnerable and convinced that the slightest of perceived infractions, approaches or clumsy misunderstandings represents "assault," "abuse" or "harassment." That may work in the safe confines of campus, where men can have their academic careers destroyed on the mere say-so of a female student. But, according to Paglia, when that women goes out into the real world without the safety net of college rape committees, she is left totally unprepared for the sometimes violent reality of male sexuality. And the panics and fear-mongering are serving men even more poorly. All in all, education is becoming a miserable experience for boys. * In schools today across Britain and America, boys are relentlessly pathologised, as academics were warning as long ago as 2001. Boyishness and boisterousness have come to be seen as "problematic," with girls' behaviour a gold standard against which these defective boys are measured. When they are found wanting, the solution is often drugs. One in seven American boys will be diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at some point in their school career. Millions will be prescribed a powerful mood stabiliser, such as Ritalin, for the crime of being born male. The side effects of these drugs can be hideous and include sudden death. Meanwhile, boys are falling behind girls academically, perhaps because relentless and well-funded focus has been placed on girls' achievement in the past few decades and little to none on the boys who are now achieving lower grades, fewer honors, fewer degrees and less marketable information economy skills. Boys' literacy, in particular, is in crisis throughout the West. We've been obsessing so much over girls, we haven't noticed that boys have slipped into serious academic trouble. So what happened to those boys who, in 2001, were falling behind girls at school, were less likely to go to college, were being given drugs they did not need and whose self-esteem and confidence issues haven't just been ignored, but have been actively ridiculed by the feminist Establishment that has such a stranglehold on teaching unions and Left-leaning political parties? In short: they grew up, dysfunctional, under-served by society, deeply miserable and, in many cases, entirely unable to relate to the opposite sex. It is the boys who were being betrayed by the education system and by culture at large in such vast numbers between 1990 and 2010 who represent the first generation of what I call the sexodus, a large-scale exit from mainstream society by males who have decided they simply can't face, or be bothered with, forming healthy relationships and participating fully in their local communities, national democracies and other real-world social structures. A second sexodus generation is gestating today, potentially with even greater damage being done to them by the onset of absurd, unworkable, prudish and downright misandrist laws such as California's "Yes Means Yes" legislation?and by third-wave feminism, which dominates newspapers like the Guardian and new media companies like Vox and Gawker, but which is currently enjoying a hysterical last gasp before women themselves reject it by an even greater margin than the present 4 out of 5 women who say they want nothing to do with the dreaded f-word. * The sexodus didn't arrive out of nowhere, and the same pressures that have forced so many millennials out of society exert pressure on their parent's generation, too. One professional researcher in his late thirties, about whom I have been conversing on this topic for some months, puts it spicily: "For the past, at least, 25 years, I've been told to do more and more to keep a woman. But nobody's told me what they're doing to keep me. "I can tell you as a heterosexual married male in management, who didn?t drop out of society, the message from the chicks is: 'It's not just preferable that you should ###### off, but imperative. You must pay for everything and make everything work; but you yourself and your preferences and needs can ###### off and die.'" Women have been sending men mixed messages for the last few decades, leaving boys utterly confused about what they are supposed to represent to women, which perhaps explains the strong language some of them use when describing their situation. As the role of breadwinner has been taken away from them by women who earn more and do better in school, men are left to intuit what to do, trying to find a virtuous mean between what women say they want and what they actually pursue, which can be very different things. Men say the gap between what women say and what they do has never been wider. Men are constantly told they should be delicate, sensitive fellow travellers on the feminist path. But the same women who say they want a nice, unthreatening boyfriend go home and swoon over simple-minded, giant-chested, testosterone-saturated hunks in Game of Thrones. Men know this, and, for some, this giant inconsistency makes the whole game look too much like hard work. Why bother trying to work out what a woman wants, when you can play sports, masturbate or just play video games from the comfort of your bedroom? Jack Donovan, a writer based in Portland who has written several books on men and masculinity, each of which has become a cult hit, says the phenomenon is already endemic among the adult population. "I do see a lot of young men who would otherwise be dating and marrying giving up on women," he explains, "Or giving up on the idea of having a wife and family. This includes both the kind of men who would traditionally be a little awkward with women, and the kind of men who aren't awkward with women at all. "They've done a cost-benefit analysis and realised it is a bad deal. They know that if they invest in a marriage and children, a woman can take all of that away from them on a whim. So they use apps like Tinder and OK Cupid to find women to have protected sex with and resign themselves to being 'players,' or when they get tired of that, 'boyfriends.'" He goes on: "Almost all young men have attended mandatory sexual harassment and anti-rape seminars, and they know that they can be fired, expelled or arrested based more or less on the word of any woman. They know they are basically guilty until proven innocent in most situations." Donovan lays much of the blame for the way men feel at the door of the modern feminist movement and what he sees as its disingenuousness. "The young men who are struggling the most are conflicted because they are operating under the assumption that feminists are arguing in good faith," he says, "When in fact they are engaged in a zero-sum struggle for sexual, social, political and economic status?and they're winning. "The media now allows radical feminists to frame all debates, in part because sensationalism attracts more clicks than any sort of fair or balanced discourse. Women can basically say anything about men, no matter how denigrating, to a mix of cheers and jeers." That has certainly been the experience of several loose coalitions of men in the media recently, whether scientists outraged by feminist denunciations of Dr Matt Taylor, or video gamers campaigning under the banner of press ethics who saw their movement smeared as a misogynistic hate group by mendacious, warring feminists and so-called "social justice warriors". Donovan has views on why it has been so easy for feminists to triumph in media battles. "Because men instinctively want to protect women and play the hero, if a man writes even a tentative criticism of women or feminism, he's denounced by men and women alike as some kind of extremist scoundrel. The majority of "men's studies" and "men's rights" books and blogs that aren't explicitly pro-feminist are littered with apologies to women. "Books like The Myth of Male Power and sites like A Voice for Men are favourite boogeymen of feminists, but only because they call out feminists' one-sided hypocrisy when it comes to pursing 'equality.'" Unlike modern feminists, who are driving a wedge between the sexes, Men's Rights Activists "actually seem to want sexual equality," he says. But men's studies authors and male academics are constantly tip-toeing around and making sure they don't appear too radical. Their feminine counterparts have no such forbearance, of course, with what he calls "hipster feminists," such as the Guardian's Jessica Valenti parading around in t-shirts that read: "I BATHE IN MALE TEARS." "I'm a critic of feminism," says Donovan. "But I would never walk around wearing a shirt that says, "I MAKE WOMEN CRY." I'd just look like a jerk and a bully." It's the contention of academics, sociologists and writers like Jack Donovan that an atmosphere of relentless, jeering hostility to men from entitled middle-class media figures, plus a few confused male collaborators in the feminist project, has been at least partly responsible for a generation of boys who simply don't want to know. In Part 2, we'll meet some of the men who have "checked out," given up on sex and relationships and sunk into solitary pursuits or alcohol-fuelled lad culture. And we'll discover that the real victims of modern feminism are, of course, women themselves, who have been left lonelier and less satisfied than they have ever been. Some names have been changed. 17. This game is ultra violent. WARNING - NSFW Another WARNING - (I imagine) Many people may find the subject matter brutal and disturbing. http://youtu.be/RrX7G-1xPLs Kotaku Article: The Kind of Video Game Violence That Disturbs Me Kotaku Article continued here. I have to say I am torn here on this one. It seems like it is done in poor taste. However I am also all for free speech. But is this an example of free speech going too far? Is that however not incredibly hypocritical to even ask? If one is for free speech, there should technically be no such thing as going too far. With all that said, it actually looks like the gameplay itself, not the acts happening in the gameplay, but the shooting mechanics and the environment reacting to everything, looks like it could be decent. It also has a pretty decent visual aesthetic going on in the gameplay. The cutscenes, not so much. They are very amateurish. I also see plenty of people making the argument if a game like Hotline Miami is okay, which FTR I loved it myself, I even kickstarted an action figure based on it, well if Hotline Miami is okay, why is this game not okay? Neogaf closed down a 37 page thread about this game and said it will "receive no oxygen here," and compared it to a bunch of games I never heard of. Seems like I am better off that I have not heard of them. In that thread there are already claims of the developers also contain some people that are neo-nazi's. If that does wind up being true, and they are releasing this game as some sort of manifesto or something along those lines, this game takes on a whole other meaning. Apparently that will be addressed in an update to the Polygon Interview. I can say this. The developers behind this new it was going to stir some controversy. They absolutely achieved that end result. There is already talks both Steam and GOG will not carry the game. What do people think? Ultimately I am torn. I can sincerely say that. I do lean more towards the side of it is too much though. I will be 40 years old in a few months and my tolerance for stupid ###### is at an all time low, so perhaps that is why. Again though I do come back to the whole free speech thing. If I am not going to be a hypocrite about it, which I try not to be, than I should be in favor of this game existing. It is just hard considering everything going on in the world today. I think the Kotaku article makes some good points as to why.
  18. Starbomb is a collaboration between Ninja Sex Party (Leigh Daniel Avidan, aka Danny Sexbang, and Brian Wecht, aka Ninja Brian) and Egoraptor (Arin Hanson). If you like funny music, everything by Ninja Sex Party is worth listening to. But if you also like games, well, Starbomb Ex Plus Alpha (Amazon/iTunes) is probably the best game parody album that exists. Since I don't see any sign of anyone linking them on Neowin before, figured I'd do so, because they are awesome. Starbomb - It's Dangerous to Go Alone - Official Music Video (Legend of Zelda parody) Starbomb - Regretroid - Official Music Lyric Video (Metriod parody) Starbomb - Luigi's Ballad - Official Music Video (Super Mario Brothers parody) Starbomb - Ruy vs. Ken (Rap Battle) - Official Music Video (Street Fighter parody) Ninja Sex Party - Greatest Hits Music Videos (Dinosaur Laser Fight, Unicorn Wizard, If We Were Gay, The Decision, Best Friends Forever!) (From Albums "Nsfw" and "Strawberries and Cream") https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LcmBALxDkRY&list=PLcIDqHah6ZnBwhp2JpMsX8MBPaRdT6UbM&index=1 There are also many more music videos and other recordings by them on the Ninja Sex Party channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCs7yDP7KWrh0wd_4qbDP32g Enjoy!

    Jim's Penis!

I was actually going to post this joke from the bar about 2 hours ago. I installed the flickr app on my s3 but wouldn't you know it there was no way to upload an existing photo (other than to take a new one) from your phone to flickr, other than opening it and telling to to share it with flickr (but you couldn't put it in an album). Then once I got it to flickr, there was no good way to tell it which size I wanted for this posting. Long and the short of it flickr app, at least on android was a total let down. Now onto the joke. (now that i'm home) There is a burger joint which use to be located right around the corner from the sign (for ages) , but has since moved but the sign is still there. The sign as you can see said "Jims Burgers, but how and why it ever got approved, because it looks like giant penis is beyond me. So my joke (and only mine) is me calling it "Jims Penis" ..

My favourite character of any TV show. Probably the only reason why I started watching Parks & Rec. http://youtu.be/LyPw80a7BRI
