Make sure that you have KB5031455 (Windows 11 Moment 4 Update) installed through Windows Update. Download & install KB5027397 (Enablement Package) for x64 from here: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/kb5027397-enablement-package-for-windows-11-version-23h2-feature-update.19372/ Reboot Congratulations, you have updated to Windows 23H2!
